Over wine and hors d’oeuvres, at a Kappa Kappa Gamma alumnae event, an acquaintance asked about Elegrazia. Gloria overheard the conversation, mentioned she was in need of a new brand identity, and our collaboration was born.

Gloria’s clientele spans first time home buyers, seniors, and professionals seeking relocation services. The brand spirit needs to appeal to young, first time home owners while also reflecting the timeless aesthetic of affluent North Shore residents.  

The tagline reinforces Gloria’s depth of real estate knowledge.

Playing on our sorority connection, a modern key element, a symbol of Kappa Kappa Gamma, was incorporated into the brand mark. It’s a subtle, yet meaningful, distinction.
